Martini’s Art Studio offers its clients a personalized service during the whole sales process, whether the sale is by auction or by private transaction. Together with the owner of the works we try to find the best solution, guaranteeing the best result.
Our experts take great care of every single detail, from accurate estimates to taking photograhs and the cataloguing of the works in order to publish them in our cataglogues and present them to prospective buyers throughout the world.
You can contact us free of charge and under no obligation, by sending us photographs via e-mail, What’s App, fax, or completing the following, giving us a brief description of the work in your possession. We will reply with an indicative estimate of the price.
In some cases we may ask to arrange a meeting in order to make a more accurate evaluation.
You should give us the work: via courier or in person, and sign a sales contract.
If the work isn’t sold we will give it back to you within 30 working days and you won’t pay anything.
In the case of a sale we will keep a commission of 10% of the price and any costs incurred (frames, authentications, restoration etc.) previously agreed.
Furthermore, according to current law, we will withold the "droit de suite", in order to pay it to the S.I.A.E. on your behalf.
Within 45 days of the day of the sale, on condition that we have received the payment from the buyer.
Martini’s Art Studio also offers the services of sale by private transaction. These particular clients are particularly demanding and are always searching for prestigious and high-quality works; they often commission us to retrieve certain works not included in auctions. In this case we agree the terms of our contract directly with the client.
